The 43-Agent Stack

Every agent in the AHS workforce, broken down by department

43 specialist AI agents, organized like a real company.

The AHS Paperclip stack is the production system that powers our AI Workforce. Each agent is a specialist with a defined role, a documented operating procedure, and limited tool access — not a single LLM trying to do everything. The result is auditable, scalable, and fits the way real teams work.

Why specialists beat generalists

A single ChatGPT or Claude prompt asked to “write a cold email AND optimize SEO AND respond to customer support” produces mediocre output across the board. Specialist agents — each with focused context, role-specific training data, and constrained tooling — outperform generalists by 3-5x on industry benchmarks. The difference compounds when work passes through multiple agents (writer → editor → compliance reviewer → publisher).

How agents collaborate

Inter-agent communication happens through Paperclip — our orchestration layer. Agents check out tasks from a shared inbox, post progress updates as comments, and escalate to directors when work exceeds their scope. Every artifact (draft, comment, decision) is timestamped and searchable. There is no agent-to-agent chat — only structured handoffs.

Customization for your business

Each agent’s SOUL (identity), AGENTS.md (procedures), and MCP (tool access) are customized to your brand. We tune voice, compliance rails, escalation rules, and review gates during the first 14 days of engagement. By day 30, the agents sound like your team — not generic AI.

Audit and observability

  • Every output is timestamped, signed by the agent that produced it, and stored in a versioned artifact log
  • HEARTBEAT logs report agent status, errors, and resource usage
  • Weekly executive summaries roll up cross-cluster activity for human review
  • Compliance reviews are gated — no client-facing output ships without passing the Compliance Reviewer agent
